These are merely guidelines for readers and sitters. Please pay attention to them as failure to follow protocol will lead to suspension/ban from the site.
To clarify terms, as we have members who join that are new to this path:
What is a sitter?
The sitter is the enquirer, the person who has requested a reading or the person who can take evidence which has been put before a circle.
What is a reader?
The reader is the person who responds to the sitter and gives....the reading. The reader may be a psychic, a medium, they may be a card reader or perhaps use tea leaves. There are many ways in which to read.
Onto the guidlines for Sitters...
1).. Please do not feed the reader with information, give as little information during the reading as possible. Simple yes, no, perhaps, not sure replies are fine...
2)..You have the right to end the reading at any time. Simply ask the reader to stop and they will do...
3)..After a reading has finished you will be asked to give feedback. You do not have to do this but as the reader has given their time for you it is nice to give a little time back...
4)..Do not solicit readings from non designated readers unless a moderator is present. This is for your protection. Non compliance of this guidline will result in a ban...
Guidelines for readers...
1)..Do not pump the sitter for answers...it is a reading not a question and answer session...
2)..Readings are to be given in a compassionate and professional manner...
3)..You have the right to stop the reading at any time....please also stop reading if directed to do so by the sitter...
4)..Trust your guides 100% and give what you get whilst remembering to do this as stated in 1) and 2)...
Not a lot to remember or adhere to. Infact designated readers will work within these lines anyway. These measures are here for the protection of both the sitter and the reader...
